Kitchen porter wanted in Monmouthshire

Now hiring: we are hiring a kitchen porter in Monmouthshire, Wales. The job is in a catering unit. On a typical shift you will wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room. Requirements: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure Meals and transport allowance provided.
