Moving crew member — Dundee City

We are recruiting: we are hiring a moving crew member in Dundee City, Scotland. You will be based on a residential street loading a removal van. The role involves load and unload furniture, boxes and appliances into the removal van; pack fragile items such as glassware and crockery into boxes with bubble wrap; secure loads in the van with ratchet straps and blankets to stop shifting in transit; label boxes by room to speed up the unload at the new address; lay down floor protection sheets before starting work in a customer's home. Requirements: • Full UK driving licence for van work (where driving is required) • Good manual handling technique and awareness of health and safety • Previous experience in removals, warehousing or manual handling £17 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
