Great opportunity: fabricator-welder (Oklahoma)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a fabricator-welder in McClain County, Oklahoma. On the job you will handle: • Set the argon flow on the flowmeter and check the hose for leaks • Inspect welds visually for porosity, cracks and undercut • Grind, blend and polish finished welds to a clean finish • Tack weld parts to hold the fit-up before the final run • Run butt, fillet, lap and corner joints to spec • Clean joints with acetone and a dedicated stainless wire brush Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of argon gas settings and tungsten selection • Steady hand and good hand-eye coordination • Can read fabrication drawings and welding symbols At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Rotating shifts. Performance bonus on top of base pay. $4,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Contact us to fix an interview.
