Great opportunity: roofer (South Carolina)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a roofer in Newberry County, South Carolina. The job is at a roofing and cladding contractor. Ideal candidate: • Confident working at height on ladders and scaffolds • Willing to work outdoors in all weather • 2+ years' hands-on roofing experience The role involves: • Nail down asphalt shingles in staggered courses • Carry out leak inspections and patch repairs • Fix clay and concrete tiles onto the battens • Install metal flashing around chimneys and skylights • Bed and point ridge tiles with mortar 2+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. Overtime paid at a premium rate. $3,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
