Heavy equipment operator (dozer) wanted in Bossier Parish

Now hiring: we are hiring a heavy equipment operator (dozer) in Bossier Parish, Louisiana. You will work at a civil contractor's yard. Requirements: • Able to read grade stakes, drawings and site levels • Willing to work on remote sites and rotating rosters • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and uneven terrain On the job you will handle: • Work to the dig plan and the banksman's signals • Maintain haul roads and keep drainage falls clear • Strip topsoil and stockpile it for later reuse • Grease pins and bushes and check undercarriage tension daily • Spread imported fill in even layers ready for compaction • Backfill trenches and foundations once services are laid Six days a week, one day off. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Walk-in interviews this week.
