Electrostatic spray painter — Grand County

Great opportunity: we are hiring an electrostatic spray painter in Grand County, Utah. You will be based in a metal finishing workshop. Day-to-day duties: • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time What we are looking for: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Willing to work shifts and overtime 3+ years on the tools preferred. $5,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
