Scaffolding charge hand wanted in Red River Parish

Vacancy available: we are hiring a scaffolding charge hand in Red River Parish, Louisiana. You will be based at a high-rise building site. Day to day you will tighten right-angle and swivel couplers to torque with a podger spanner; fix transoms and bracing to keep the structure square and rigid; dismantle the scaffold in reverse sequence and lower materials safely; inspect couplers, boards and tubes for damage before use; hoist tubes, boards and fittings up by gin wheel and rope; erect tube-and-fitting and system scaffolds such as Cuplok and Kwikstage. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit for repeated heavy lifting of tubes and boards • Reliable, punctual and able to work in a gang • Full use of harness, lanyard and fall-arrest equipment Pay around $4,500 per month, based on your experience.
