Immediate opening: we are hiring a fabricator-welder in Bossier Parish, Louisiana. The job is at a stainless steel fabrication shop. Day to day you will prep and fit up the joint, then lay tack welds before the full run; read the WPS and weld to the specified parameters; carry out 6G pipe welds where required; set the amperage on the machine and modulate the current with the foot pedal. Requirements: • Steady hands and good close-up eyesight • Proven experience with TIG/GTAW on stainless and aluminium • Physically fit to work in confined spaces and at height At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. Pay around $4,800 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
