Meat trimmer — Barnes County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a meat trimmer in Barnes County, North Dakota. You will stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts. What we are looking for: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. $2,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
