Sheet metal press operator — Fayette County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a sheet metal press operator in Fayette County, Pennsylvania. The job is on the press shop floor. Ideal candidate: • Basic understanding of metal grades and thicknesses • Attention to detail and steady hands for accurate loading Day to day you will check stamped parts against drawings using vernier calipers and gauges; punch, blank, pierce, bend and form sheet metal components; top up the press hydraulic oil and grease the slide ways; watch for cracks, burrs, wrinkles and double-hits on parts; feed blanks into the die and remove formed parts.
