Join our team: we are hiring a factory worker in Northampton County, North Carolina. Day to day you will check products against the sample for colour, size and finish; apply batch codes and date stamps to the packaging; operate and feed production machines on the line; carry out in-line quality checks and reject defective pieces; read and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs); report machine faults and stoppages to the line supervisor. Ideal candidate: • Aware of basic safety rules and PPE use • Keen eye for detail on quality checks • Able to lift up to 25 kg repeatedly Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
