Urgent requirement: scaffolding erector (West Virginia)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a scaffolding erector in Tucker County, West Virginia. What we are looking for: • Physically fit for repeated heavy lifting of tubes and boards • Knowledge of safe loading, bracing and tie patterns • Able to read basic scaffold drawings You will fix transoms and bracing to keep the structure square and rigid; plumb the standards and level the ledgers with a spirit level; tighten right-angle and swivel couplers to torque with a podger spanner; tie the scaffold back to the building with through-ties and anchors; set out base plates and sole boards on firm, level ground. Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. Overtime paid at a premium rate. $3,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
