We are recruiting: we are hiring a vehicle body repairer in City of Edinburgh, Scotland. You will work at a busy body shop. You will check alignment with measuring gauges after a structural pull; treat rust, apply seam sealer and underbody protection; measure and set panel gaps for an even shut line; feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray; straighten chassis and frames on a jig bench with pulling chains; read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates. Ideal candidate: • Own basic hand tools (hammers, dollies, files) • Steady hand for filler work and block sanding 5+ years on the tools preferred. £2,550 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
