Lift erector • Brown County, Wisconsin

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a lift erector in Brown County, Wisconsin. The job is at a busy lift company. You will mount and align landing doors, sills and car door operators; measure rope tension and check for broken strands; respond to entrapment call-outs and release trapped passengers; adjust door operator timing and re-levelling accuracy; service the traction motor, brake and gearbox; wire up the controller, encoder and limit switches. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit to lift heavy components and crawl in tight spaces • Comfortable working at height and in confined hoistways Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
