Powder coater wanted in Carlton County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a powder coater in Carlton County, Minnesota. Ideal candidate: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens Day-to-day duties: • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
