Catering cook — Crowley County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a catering cook in Crowley County, Colorado. Day-to-day duties: • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations What we are looking for: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
