Vacancy available: fine-dining server (Abia State)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a fine-dining server in Isiala Ngwa South Local Government Area, Abia State. You will work in a coffee shop. Day-to-day duties: • Carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left • Raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments • Check back during the meal and handle special requests • Lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins What we are looking for: • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages Six days a week, one day off.
