Join our team: we are hiring a power float operator in Harford County, Maryland. You will work on a building construction site. Day-to-day duties: • Discharge and place concrete from transit mixers and pumps into the forms • Carry out slump tests and cast cubes for the lab • Load, hoist and barrow concrete to the upper floors • Strip and clean formwork once the concrete has gained strength You should have: • Comfortable working at heights and on scaffolds • Sound knowledge of concrete grades, slump and curing periods • Hands-on with poker vibrators, power floats and concrete mixers A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
