Now hiring: we are hiring an aluminium tig welder in Eastern Obolo, Akwa Ibom State. You will work at a precision engineering workshop. Requirements: • Able to read isometric and fabrication drawings • Own basic hand tools and PPE • Proven experience with TIG/GTAW on stainless and aluminium The role involves control heat input so thin sheet does not warp; prep and fit up the joint, then lay tack welds before the full run; back-purge stainless pipe to stop root oxidation (sugaring); carry out 6G pipe welds where required; inspect welds for porosity, undercut and lack of fusion. 2+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift. Performance bonus on top of base pay. ₦170,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Contact us to fix an interview.
