Vacancy available: we are hiring a sausage maker in Marion County, South Carolina. You will be based in a meat processing plant. You should have: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling On a typical shift you will take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools. Pay around $5,500 per project, based on your experience. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
