Line cook — Johnston County

Join our team: we are hiring a line cook in Johnston County, Oklahoma. Day-to-day duties: • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs Ideal candidate: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets Part-time with flexible hours.
