Vacancy available: we are hiring a tracked excavator operator in Transylvania County, North Carolina. Ideal candidate: • Sound understanding of daily maintenance and greasing • Comfortable with GPS or laser machine control • Reliable, punctual and able to get to site Your main tasks: • Work safely around buried services with a banksman or spotter • Clear sites, demolish structures and load out muck and rubble • Backfill trenches and compact the fill in layers • Lift and place pipes, manholes and precast sections with the bucket and chains • Swap buckets and attachments — rock breaker, grab, ripper, auger $4,200 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
