Night auditor • Plymouth, England

We are recruiting: we are hiring a night auditor in Plymouth, England. Requirements: • Well presented with a professional, welcoming manner • Basic knowledge of local attractions, transport and restaurants • Comfortable handling cash, card payments and till reconciliation On the job you will handle: • Provide directions, local recommendations and tourist information • Allocate rooms based on guest preferences and housekeeping status • Keep the lobby, desk and back office tidy and presentable • Handle lost property, complaints and billing disputes at the desk • Process late check-outs, upgrades and room changes • Check guests in and out using the property management system (PMS) 6+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around £11 per hour, based on your experience. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
