Gas metal arc welder • Ibadan South East, Oyo State

Great opportunity: we are hiring a gas metal arc welder in Ibadan South East, Oyo State. The role involves control distortion with a balanced welding sequence; check welds for porosity, undercut and lack of penetration; change worn contact tips and gas nozzles on the torch; grind back and re-weld any defective runs; read fabrication drawings and weld symbols; strike and hold a stable short-circuit or spray-transfer arc. You should have: • Able to pass a 3G/4G plate test • Comfortable welding mild steel, stainless and aluminium • 2+ years on MIG/MAG (GMAW) welding Full-time, day shift. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Walk-in interviews this week.
