Immediate opening: we are hiring a shuttering charge hand in Trempealeau County, Wisconsin. Requirements: • Skilled with circular saw, hand tools and spirit level • Able to read formwork and structural drawings • Sound understanding of props, bracing and load-bearing On a typical shift you will brace and strut the formwork to stop movement during the pour; fix stop ends and kickers at the construction joints; repair damaged plywood and timber shutters; read formwork drawings and setting-out marks to position the shutters. Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Walk-in interviews this week.
