PVC profile cutter — Culberson County

Join our team: we are hiring a PVC profile cutter in Culberson County, Texas. Day to day you will crimp glazing beads to length and snap them into the frame; read the cutting list and optimisation sheet and label each profile; fit EPDM gaskets and brush-pile weather seals along the rails; drill drainage and pressure-equalisation slots in the outer frame; fuse-weld frame and sash corners on the welding machine and check the weld seam; glaze the double-glazed units, set the packers and bed the glass square. You should have: • 2+ years' experience fabricating uPVC windows and doors • Knowledge of common hardware systems such as espagnolette and friction hinges • Able to work to deadlines in a busy workshop At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
