Banquet server • Lake County, California

Vacancy available: we are hiring a banquet server in Lake County, California. You will be based at a busy restaurant. What we are looking for: • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems On a typical shift you will coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar; lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery; follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; check back during the meal and handle special requests. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
