Vacancy available: we are hiring a head butcher in Powell County, Montana. You should have: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler Day to day you will mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; season and marinate meat on request; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date. 5+ years on the tools preferred.
