Urgent requirement: we are hiring a panel beater in Washington County, Minnesota. You will work at a commercial fleet workshop. What we are looking for: • 2+ years' experience as a panel beater or in a body shop • Skilled in MIG welding and panel replacement • Steady hand for filler work and block sanding You will buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections; pull out deep dents with a slide hammer or stud welder; read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates; strip out lights, mouldings and trims before repair; feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray; mask off glass, rubbers and trim before painting. 2+ years on the tools preferred. $4,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
