Urgent requirement: coating plant operator (Illinois)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a coating plant operator in Bond County, Illinois. You will work on an industrial coating line. Day-to-day duties: • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches Ideal candidate: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
