Immediate opening: we are hiring a pastry baker in Lee County, Arkansas. The job is in a hotel pastry kitchen. Requirements: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Basic cake decorating and piping skills The role involves load and unload the deck oven with a peel; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials.
