By using Hirovo ("the Platform") you accept these Terms of Service. Hirovo is a marketplace that connects job-seekers and employers. Hirovo is not an employment agency and is not a party to any employment contract.
1. Account creation
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
You confirm that the information you provide is accurate and current.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.
A single person may have only one account. Multiple accounts may be closed.
2. Use of the platform
You agree to use Hirovo lawfully and in good faith. You may not:
Post listings with misleading information (fake jobs, non-existent wages).
Post listings that discriminate on the basis of gender, age, ethnicity, religion, or disability.
Offer illegal work or services.
Harass, threaten, or spam other users.
Use the platform with automated tools (bots, scrapers).
Reverse-engineer the service or attempt to circumvent its security.
3. Listing content
As an employer, you are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and intellectual-property compliance of the listings you post.
Hirovo reserves the right to remove listings that violate these rules without prior notice.
If you believe a listing breaks the rules, use the "Report" feature.
4. Hirovo's role
Hirovo is a matching platform. Hirovo:
Does not employ you, pay wages, or carry tax/social-security obligations.
Is not a party to the employment contract; the contract is between the employer and the worker.
Does not guarantee the qualifications of a candidate or the trustworthiness of an employer. Interviews, contracts, and reference checks are the parties' responsibility.
Is not a party to disputes about work performed, wages paid, or contract terms.
5. Free of charge
Hirovo's core features (search, post, messaging) are free for now. If premium features are introduced later, pricing will be announced in advance and your existing account terms will not change.
6. Intellectual property
The Hirovo brand, logo, design, and software belong to Hirovo.
Content you upload (listings, profile photo, messages) remains yours; you grant Hirovo only a royalty-free, worldwide license to use it to provide the service.
7. Account closure
You may close your account at any time. Hirovo may suspend or close your account if you violate these terms. Data associated with a closed account is removed within the timeframes set out in the Privacy Policy.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Hirovo is not liable for indirect or direct damages, lost profits, or business losses. The service is provided "as is" and is not warranted to be uninterrupted.
9. Changes
When we make material changes to these terms, we notify you in-app or by email. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
10. Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes are subject to the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul.
