Powder coating sprayer — Abi

We are recruiting: we are hiring a powder coating sprayer in Abi, Cross River State. You will be based on an industrial coating line. The role involves: • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow Requirements: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects 5+ years on the tools preferred.
