Short order cook — Udu

Immediate opening: we are hiring a short order cook in Udu, Delta State. Day to day you will chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift. You should have: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure Rotating shifts.
