Bakery assistant • Bagwai, Kano State

Immediate opening: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Bagwai, Kano State. The job is at a cake shop. What we are looking for: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving On the job you will handle: • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
