Head baker wanted in Cornwall

We are recruiting: we are hiring a head baker in Cornwall, England. You will work at an in-store supermarket bakery. What we are looking for: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • 2+ years' experience as a baker On a typical shift you will proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
