Coating plant operator — Kwande

Join our team: we are hiring a coating plant operator in Kwande, Benue State. Requirements: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes On the job you will handle: • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
