Paint booth operator • Gray County, Texas

Vacancy available: we are hiring a paint booth operator in Gray County, Texas. You will work at a fabrication and coating plant. Requirements: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects Day to day you will pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns. At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Pay around $240 per day, based on your experience. Contact us to fix an interview.
