Powder spray gun operator — Ikeduru

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a powder spray gun operator in Ikeduru, Imo State. You will be based on an industrial coating line. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process Your main tasks: • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
