Head baker • Kontagora, Niger State

Join our team: we are hiring a head baker in Kontagora, Niger State. You will work at a cake shop. On a typical shift you will load and unload the deck oven with a peel; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing. You should have: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Accurate at weighing and following recipes 5+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
