Requirements: • Confident with wet-sanding and machine polishing • Able to read and match factory paint codes • Physically fit to stand, bend and crouch for long periods The role involves: • Bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint • Mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code • Check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch • Wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs Part-time with flexible hours.
