Café server — Ibaji

What we are looking for: • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages On a typical shift you will explain the day's specials and recommend dishes; carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); greet guests, seat them and present the menu; take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad.
