Immediate opening: we are hiring a commis chef in Odeda, Ogun State. The job is at a roadside dhaba. The role involves check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs. You should have: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift.
