Paint booth operator • Gummi, Zamfara State

Now hiring: we are hiring a paint booth operator in Gummi, Zamfara State. Day to day you will hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns. Requirements: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
