Join our team: we are hiring a bread baker in Pendleton County, Kentucky. You will be based in a hotel pastry kitchen. On a typical shift you will keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; score the top of loaves before baking. Ideal candidate: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen $5,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
