Your main tasks: • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Season and marinate meat on request • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts Ideal candidate: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • 2+ years experience working as a butcher At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
