We are recruiting: we are hiring a prep cook in Grayson County, Texas. You will follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; prepare the mise en place before each service. Ideal candidate: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Strong knife skills and speed on the line Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
