Powder coating line operator • Mangu, Plateau State

Join our team: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Mangu, Plateau State. The role involves sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
