Now hiring: we are hiring a bread baker in Jackson County, Alabama. What we are looking for: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Able to work early-morning and night shifts On the job you will handle: • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
