Immediate opening: tracked excavator operator (Florida)

Join our team: we are hiring a tracked excavator operator in Monroe County, Florida. You will work in a demolition and site-clearance yard. On the job you will handle: • Backfill trenches and compact the fill in layers • Strip and stockpile topsoil ready for reuse • Excavate trenches for water, sewer and cable runs • Track the machine on and off low-loaders for transport • Load spoil into tippers and dumpers cleanly without spillage Ideal candidate: • Good awareness of underground services and exclusion zones • Own PPE — safety boots, hi-vis and hard hat • Confident working to fine grade and tight tolerances At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. $2,000 per project, negotiable for the right hands. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
